Direct Debit information for collections and timescales

To Amend:

Please note that we collect on either 1^st or 16^th of the month, if the instruction is received after that then your new instruction may not take effect until the following collection date.

To Cancel:

Please note that if the next collection is due within the next 10 working days then your cancellation may not take effect until the following collection date, you may wish to cancel this with your bank directly.

To set up new Instruction:

Please note that we collect on either 1^st or 16^th of the month, if the new Direct Debit instruction is received after that then the first collection will take effect the following collection date.
