How do I cancel a monthly contribution?

We require a clear instruction detailing which direct debit you wish cancel.

We need to receive your instruction to amend the direct debit 10 working days before we collect your payment, the dates we collect are either 1st or 16th of the month.

If we have received the instruction to cancel with less than 10 working days before the collection date, we will collect your payment as normal and then we will cancel the direct debit for the month after.

Once we have cancelled your direct debit, a confirmation letter will be sent.
